Cancelation

Ask for cancellation or leave, the earlier the better, at least 24 hours’ notice in advance.

Rules

• 1 lesson cancelation maximum every 2 months each class

• Message your contact on Skype directly

• Payment will be deducted by teacher’s late notification.

Public holidays

Teacher can request cancellation in below periods when needed:

• Easter

• Christian holidays: 23th Dec-2nd Jan

• Your country public holidays

• Chinese public holidays
