Before class

  • Be prepared

  • Test hardware and network connection

  • Find a quiet and clean background, test your camera and speaker and present yourself professionally.

  • Login ClassIn 5 minutes before the class starts.

  • Check class materials

  • Review the teaching objectives of the lesson

  • Report any issues to the management team right away

During class

Be on time, positive, energetic

Teach all content as laid out in lesson plan and fulfill the teaching objectives

Use proper incentives or give specific praise

Give equal opportunities to each student and correct their errors when appropriate.

Expected professionalism: good lighting, good location , quiet background, gestures and visual aids when required; Avoid yelling, fidgeting or distracting gestures.

Reasonably distribute time among teaching content and activities.

Adopt flexible teaching method and strategies according to the content.

Use supplementary tools.

After class

Feedback:

Provide an assessment report through ClassIn after a student finishes one session or a level.

Homework

Assign homework for each lesson and correct the homework before the start of the next lesson.

Check for any questions from students in the ClassIn Chat box at least once a week, and respond to their feedback. If need be, adjust your teaching style according to student's needs.
