Please use Skype for daily communication, and email for official communication.

It is really easy to misunderstand each other considering remote communicate, language and culture difference, so please contact us whenever you have any questions.

Teenkid culture is "Teacher first, Kids centered". Our ultimate success is based on a three-way support system "Kid-Teacher-Teenkid". We consider this a triple win solution to any problems.

Teachers are encouraged to report a student's status to management team when they find any problem such as student's level, lesson preparation or any situation that may require the management team's attention.

Teacher in the class

To report classroom issue when you are teaching through the alarm in class, the assist teacher will support you or the student at their earliest convenience.

Teacher and Parents

You can talk to parents through Classin platform about teaching related topic.

We do not encourage teacher communicate with parents directly via other software or apps.
